Overview
Compared Jira with Trello, Asana, Monday.com and Azure DevOps, evaluating Agile support, scalability, customisation, integrations and suitability for different delivery environments. Included a live Jira demonstration and practical recommendations for tool selection.
Business Problem
Teams scaling Agile delivery often outgrow lightweight tooling. The study examined how Jira supports governance, visibility and cross-team coordination at scale.
