Currently in active delivery, responsible for keeping the deployment on track, maintaining programme documents, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

Telecommunications digital service transformation
End-to-end project delivering a centralised customer service ticketing system for CanTel Connect. Delivered within three weeks using a hybrid Waterfall and Kanban approach, the project replaced a fragmented, manual complaint handling process with a structured, measurable support operation, achieving a 96.8% ticket resolution rate, reducing the open backlog from 8 tickets to 1, and giving management real-time visibility into support performance for the first time.

Scrum simulation building a next-generation UK digital banking platform (Rev Bank). Acted as a Junior Scrum Master for a cross-functional team of eight across two sprint cycles, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, managing the Jira board end-to-end, and contributing to 91% on-time milestone completion across the sprints I led.

A client-based academic consultancy project applying PRINCE2 and PMBOK 7th Edition principles to develop a storefront-ready business plan for Hair-Ways 67, a non-conventional home-based barbershop in Thamesmead, London. The project governed the full planning lifecycle from initiation through closure, delivering a 64 respondent Qualtrics survey with statistical analysis, an 18 risk register, a 212 day MS Project schedule with critical path analysis, and a validated tiered membership pricing model — all adopted in full by the client.
Sustainable Data Centre Transformation Project — University of Hertfordshire
Institutional infrastructure and sustainability programme
Producing a full governance-rich project plan for repurposing a dormant factory unit into a sustainable data centre at the University of Hertfordshire, against a £100,000,000 budget. Responsible for approximately 50% of the overall planning work, co-producing the Scope Statement, WBS (61 work packages), WBS Dictionary, Microsoft Project schedule, Network Diagram, Critical Path Analysis, Risk Register, Risk Matrix, and Final Report, and coordinating task distribution across the team.
Change Impact Analysis – Sustainable Data Centre Project
Change impact assessment for the sustainability-led infrastructure programme sponsored by the University of Hertfordshire
Individual change impact analysis assessing four live mid-project change requests against the Sustainable Data Centre project plan - an additional thank you event causing scope creep, an £18,500,000 budget cut reducing the total budget from £100,000,000 to £81,500,000, a 90% probability rain risk threatening the launch event, and a cyberattack on the newly contracted security provider. Each change request was evaluated across scope, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication using PMBOK, ISO 31000, Earned Value Management, and Value Engineering, with a structured mitigation strategy proposed for each. Grade: A.

Academic project applying PESTLE analysis, stakeholder analysis, and a risk probability-impact matrix to identify and assess the major sources of risk facing the UK Government's Rapid Charging Fund infrastructure programme. Identified technological, political, and legal risks as the most significant threats, produced a structured risk register covering all stakeholder categories, and delivered nine evidence-based recommendations covering government policy, urban planning, stakeholder engagement, cybersecurity, and legal compliance. Outputs included a group poster and a full analysis report.
